How to cite the Document identified by the URI <upn:33M4QT8:8JMKD3MGP3W/3HG7JJG> in your draft document, using the INPE standard (BibINPE format)
There are two ways to cite the Document: by means of a relative link* or an absolute link**.
1. If your document is deposited in one of the Archives that support relative links†, it is recommended to use the following citation format:
NOGUEIRA, V. S.; CAVALCANTI, E. P.; NOGUEIRA, V. F. B.; MOURA, R. G.; FERNANDES, A. A. Oscilação Interanual da Precipitação Observada Associada aos Sistemas Convectivos de Mesoescala sobre o Estado da Paraíba. In: WORKSHOP DE MUDANÇAS CLIMÁTICAS E RECURSOS HÍDRICOS DO ESTADO DE PERNAMBUCO, 6. E WORKSHOP INTERNACIONAL SOBRE MUDANÇAS CLIMÁTICAS E BIODIVERSIDADE, 3. (VWMCRHPE/IIWIMB)., 2014, Recife. Anais... 2014. Available from: <upn:33M4QT8:8JMKD3MGP3W/3HG7JJG>.
2. In other cases, the traditional citation is used:
NOGUEIRA, V. S.; CAVALCANTI, E. P.; NOGUEIRA, V. F. B.; MOURA, R. G.; FERNANDES, A. A. Oscilação Interanual da Precipitação Observada Associada aos Sistemas Convectivos de Mesoescala sobre o Estado da Paraíba. In: WORKSHOP DE MUDANÇAS CLIMÁTICAS E RECURSOS HÍDRICOS DO ESTADO DE PERNAMBUCO, 6. E WORKSHOP INTERNACIONAL SOBRE MUDANÇAS CLIMÁTICAS E BIODIVERSIDADE, 3. (VWMCRHPE/IIWIMB)., 2014, Recife. Anais... 2014. Available from: <http://urlib.net/upn:33M4QT8:8JMKD3MGP3W/3HG7JJG>.
† The complete list of Archives that accept relative links can be found at: <upn:9HFNHE-:QABCDSTQQW/4E7MG35/federatedArchives.txt>. This list contains all Archives on the IBI network. To create a relative link, simply add the prefix ./ to the URI, writing it like this: <./upn:33M4QT8:8JMKD3MGP3W/3HG7JJG>. This prefix replaces the protocol (e.g., http) and the resolver's domain name (e.g., urlib.net), making the connection more stable.
* Relative link: omits the resolver's protocol and domain name, which guarantees its persistence over time.
** Absolute link: includes the resolver's protocol and domain name, making it susceptible to discontinuity in the long term.
*** URI: Uniform Resource Identifier.
