The growth parameters strongly influenced the film properties during this complex film formation process. The pressure inside the reactor as well as the methane concentration showed their influence on the film morphology, quality, and growth rate. The substrates were totally covered by a diamond coating including deeper planes leading to a 3D porous diamond/Ti composite material formation. The sp2/sp3 ratio as purity index (PI) and the growth tendency index (GTI), evaluated from Raman and X-ray spectra respectively, were obtained for these composite materials as a function of their growth parameters. %8 Jan. %N 1 %T Optimal parameters to produce high quality diamond films on 3D Porous Titanium substrates %@electronicmailaddress neila@las.inpe.br %@electronicmailaddress %@electronicmailaddress %@electronicmailaddress %@electronicmailaddress neidenei@las.inpe.br %@secondarytype PRE PI %K diamante CVD, Titanio poroso, CHEMICAL-VAPOR-DEPOSITION, BIOMEDICAL APPLICATIONS, HYDROGEN CONCENTRATION, COMPRESSIVE PROPERTIES, BALLAS DIAMOND, HEAT-TREATMENT, PURE TITANIUM, AZ91 MG, TEMPERATURE, COATINGS. %@archivingpolicy denypublisher denyfinaldraft24 %@usergroup administrator %@usergroup lattes %@usergroup marciana %@group LAS-CTE-INPE-MCT-BR %@group %@group LAS-CTE-INPE-MCT-BR %@group LAS-CTE-INPE-MCT-BR %@group LAS-CTE-INPE-MCT-BR %@e-mailaddress neidenei@las.inpe.br %3 braga.pdf %@secondarykey INPE--PRE/ %@secondarymark B2_ASTRONOMIA_/_FÍSICA A1_ENGENHARIAS_II A2_ENGENHARIAS_III A1_ENGENHARIAS_IV A1_MATERIAIS B1_QUÍMICA %F lattes: 3273084621532688 5 BragaCaiBalTraFer:2011:OpPaPr %@issn 0925-9635 %2 dpi.inpe.br/plutao/2011/06.11.03.00.48 %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) %@affiliation CTA, BR-12228904 Sao Jose Dos Campos, SP, Brazil %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) %B Diamond and Related Materials %@versiontype publisher %P 31-35 %4 dpi.inpe.br/plutao/2011/06.11.03.00 %@documentstage not transferred %D 2011 %V 20 %@doi 10.1016/j.diamond.2010.11.006 %O Setores de Atividade: Administração pública, defesa e seguridade social. %A Braga, N.
